Guest Arrival Details
Offsite is located at 2400 Market Street. Follow The Promenade (along the Schuylkill River) from Market Street to the main lobby of the building.

All guests must be pre-registered by an Offsite Member for access to Offsite and sign in, with valid identification, at the building lobby registration desk upon arrival. Registered guests will then be directed to the second floor where they will check-in at the Offsite member services desk.

The building main lobby is open Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 7:00pm. Outside of this time frame, Members will personally greet their guests at the lobby entrance on The Promenade.
